Do you ship to the entire United States?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery times vary between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is the difference between hard wax and soft wax?
Hard wax is applied directly to the skin and removed without strips, ideal for sensitive areas. Soft wax requires waxing strips and is perfect for larger areas.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
